James 5:14,15 (NIV) says:
"Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the
church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of
the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick
person well; the Lord will raise him up."
On Sunday, December 9, 2007, we took our son Jenson Elijah to
the altar to be anointed with oil and prayed over as Scripture
instructs.
Pastor Steve Ayers, our Deacons, Elders and nearly 1,000 church
members prayed for our son that day.
We are believing for a miracle... for Jenson's brain injuries
(due to a lack of oxygen at birth) to be healed... for his body
to be made whole... for Jenson to be restored in all areas of
his development... and for God to use our son in mighty ways.
